We use Properla Water Repellent® for our clear roof coating, which creates a self cleaning, highly breathable surface on your roof. The hydrophobic qualities reduce the amount of water absorbed by your roof tiles. Once applied the coating bonds to the roof tiles which will repel any rainfall, keeping the surface dry.
